I went to bed at about 2am.

Next thing I knew it was 3am and I was sitting on the foot of my bed staring at the clock FURIOUS that it was time to go to work… All I kept thinking to myself was, no way, there’s no way I can make it to work, I’m exhausted and feel like shit.

So, as I’m picking up the phone to call in sick, I snap out of it and realize IT’S 3 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING!!!

And I couldn’t have been more giddy or happy that I was going back to bed.

JUMP AHEAD TO 5:24AM!!!

I woke up again and was staring at the clock in a panic, I remember thinking, what does that say??? That’s not a clock, it’s some sort of message telling me I’ve over slept and I’m late for work!!!

Wait… No… it’s a clock and it’s 5:24am… SWEET!!! I can go back to sleep!!!

JUMP AHEAD TO 7:20AM!!!

I hit the snooze button from 7:20am all the way until 7:51am when I finally get up

EVERY TIME IT WENT OFF I was convinced I had over slept, panic for about 5 seconds, then I would realize it wasn’t past 8am so I was SO HAPPY, and I’d fall back asleep…

FINALLY

7:51am, I sat up in my bed and felt FANTASTIC!!!

I’ve never woken up feeling more refreshed and in a better mood in my life, not since probably the last Christmas when Santa was still real.

I highly suggest this method of sleep to all.
